I was born in a well off family in Taiwan. With my parents’ blessings, I went to a graduate school in the U.S. in 1980. I didn’t believe in God then. Praise God for His mercy and grace. Through my Christian roommates’ testimony, I accepted Jesus as my Savior in 1981. Thereafter I learned to serve in a Bible study class and met my wife there. In 1984, we got married with the blessings of brothers and sisters from the Bible Study. God blessed us with three children.
For the need of serving God, I began taking classes in Chicago Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. In 2004, I was led by God on short term mission in China and served in discipleship training, while also serving in pulpit ministry in churches there.
In 2009, I received God’s calling and gave up my regular work to serve in pastoral ministry in churches. The goal that God gave me includes training discipleship, feeding His church, building up the body of Christ, glorifying God and building up His people.
